Ingredients
 

  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 4 cloves Garlic,minced
  • 1 pound Shrimp, chopped
  • 8 oz Cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup Sour cream
  • 1/2 tsp Sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper
  • 1 tbsp Cajun Seasoning
  • 1/4 tsp Cayenne pepper
  • 2 tbps Lemon juice
  • 1/2 Red bell pepper
  • 2 Green onions, diced
  • 1 cup White cheddar cheese, freshly shredded
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, freshly shredded

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 400℉.
  • Melt the butter in a small skillet over medium heat.
  • Add the chopped shrimp and garlic. Sauté for about 5 minutes or until the shrimp are pink and fully cooked.
  • Remove from the heat and allow to cool slightly while preparing the rest of the ingredients.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, salt, pepper, cajun, cayenne, and lemon juice to create a smooth base.
  • Add the bell peppers, green onions, cheeses, and shrimp. Stir to combine.
  • Transfer the dip into a 2 quart baking dish and spread to smooth out the top.
  • Bake for 25 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
  • Remove the dip and allow to cool for 5 minutes before serving.
