- 6 Tortillas
- 1 8oz package Cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup Mayonnaise
- 1 pound Chicken, cooked and shredded
- 1 tbsp Taco Seasoning
- 1 Romaine lettuce, shredded
- 1 Roma tomato, diced
- Black olives, diced
- 1 Jalapeno, diced
- 1/4 cup White onion, diced
- 1 cup Cheddar cheese, freshly shredded
In a large mixing bowl, stir to combine the cream cheese, mayonnaise and taco seasoning.
Mix in the shredded chicken, diced onion, diced black olives, and diced jalapeño.
On a large work surface, lay out the flour tortillas and divide the cream cheese mixture evenly among the tortillas.
Spread the mixture over the entire surface of the tortillas.
Sprinkle the shredded lettuce, diced tomato, and cheese onto each of the tortillas.
Tightly roll the tortillas and wrap with plastic wrap to hold together.
Refrigerate for 30 minutes or up to 12 hours.
Remove the rolled tortillas from the plastic wrap and slice into 6 pinwheels per tortilla. Serve immediately.
