Ingredients
 

  • 6 Tortillas
  • 1 8oz package Cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 pound Chicken, cooked and shredded
  • 1 tbsp Taco Seasoning
  • 1 Romaine lettuce, shredded
  • 1 Roma tomato, diced
  • Black olives, diced
  • 1 Jalapeno, diced
  • 1/4 cup White onion, diced
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese, freshly shredded

Instructions
 

  • In a large mixing bowl, stir to combine the cream cheese, mayonnaise and taco seasoning.
  • Mix in the shredded chicken, diced onion, diced black olives, and diced jalapeño.
  • On a large work surface, lay out the flour tortillas and divide the cream cheese mixture evenly among the tortillas.
  • Spread the mixture over the entire surface of the tortillas.
  • Sprinkle the shredded lettuce, diced tomato, and cheese onto each of the tortillas.
  • Tightly roll the tortillas and wrap with plastic wrap to hold together.
  • Refrigerate for 30 minutes or up to 12 hours.
  • Remove the rolled tortillas from the plastic wrap and slice into 6 pinwheels per tortilla. Serve immediately.
