Ingredients
 

  • 1/2 cup Flour
  • 3 tbsp Sugar
  • 1/4 tsp Sea salt
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 tbsp Butter, melted
  • 1 tbsp Bourbon
  • 2 cups Tart cherries (pitted)
  • Powdered sugar for dusting
  • Whipped cream (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350℉.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, sea salt, milk, eggs, butter, and bourbon.
  • Place the cherries into the bottom of the pie plate.
  • Pour the batter over the top of the cherries.
  • Bake for 40-45 minutes or until the clafoutis is puffy and browning around the edges and slightly jiggly in the center.
  • Remove from the oven to a cooling rack and allow to cool for 30 minutes before dusting with powdered sugar.
  • Optional to serve with whipped cream on top.
