- 4 Bagels (plain, everything bagel, sesame seed)
- 4 oz Cream cheese
- 1/2 pound Deli turkey
- 4 Romain lettuce leaves
- 1 Beefsteak tomato, sliced
- 1 Avocado, sliced
- 4 slices Provolone cheese
Slice the bagels in half and generously smear cream cheese on each slice.
On the bottom half of the bagel, stack turkey, lettuce, tomato, provolone and avocado.
Place the top half of the bagels on the sandwich.
Serve immediately or wrap in plastic and store in refrigerator until ready to eat.
