Ingredients
 

  • 8 strips Bacon, cooked
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 4 Croissants
  • 4 slices Provolone cheese
  • 1 Roma tomato, sliced
  • 4 Romaine leaves
  • 3/4 pound Deli turkey

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 375℉.
  • Lay the bacon pieces onto a sheet pan and bake for 10-15 minutes or until the bacon is crisp.
  • Remove the bacon from the sheet pan onto a paper towel lined plate to drain the grease and cool.
  • In a small mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise and dijon mustard.
  • Slice the croissants in half and spread the dijon mayonnaise onto the croissants.
  • Lay one lettuce leaf on each croissant, then the tomato, turkey, provolone, and bacon.
  • Serve immediately or package in plastic bags for short term storage.
