- 8 strips Bacon, cooked
- 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 4 Croissants
- 4 slices Provolone cheese
- 1 Roma tomato, sliced
- 4 Romaine leaves
- 3/4 pound Deli turkey
Preheat the oven to 375℉.
Lay the bacon pieces onto a sheet pan and bake for 10-15 minutes or until the bacon is crisp.
Remove the bacon from the sheet pan onto a paper towel lined plate to drain the grease and cool.
In a small mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise and dijon mustard.
Slice the croissants in half and spread the dijon mayonnaise onto the croissants.
Lay one lettuce leaf on each croissant, then the tomato, turkey, provolone, and bacon.
Serve immediately or package in plastic bags for short term storage.
