Yorkshire Pudding

Traditional Yorkshire pudding is made with a simple batter of eggs, flour, milk, and salt. Baked in a hot tin with hot cooking fat, these individual puddings rise into golden, crispy shells with soft, airy centers. Serve fresh from the oven with slow-roasted beef and plenty of savory gravy for a classic British Sunday roast.
